Working closely with families, our team ensures each pupil is supported to grow, discover, and succeed at every stage of their learning journey.
Our Senior Leadership Team provides strategic direction and day-to-day leadership across the school. They are responsible for driving high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring safeguarding and inclusion, and supporting staff and pupils to achieve the best possible outcomes in line with Trust priorities.

Our Form Tutors — who see pupils every day and build strong, positive relationships with them — play a vital role in supporting both wellbeing and academic progress. They are the first point of contact for pupils and families, providing guidance, encouragement, and pastoral care. By getting to know each pupil as an individual, they help create a sense of belonging, promote high expectations, and ensure that every pupil feels supported to succeed.

Our Safeguarding Team — led by our Designated Safeguarding Lead, with support from our Deputy Safeguarding Leads — ensures that every pupil feels safe, supported, and listened to.
