The data will be available in the ‘Reports’ section of each pupil’s profile, providing a detailed overview of academic performance following the April 2026 mock examinations. The school has already begun sharing results and individual next steps with pupils during lessons, aiming to use the information to drive rapid progress in the final stages of the academic year.
What the report includes
Each subject report will contain a range of key indicators to help families understand current performance and predicted outcomes:
- Assessment Percentage – the score achieved in the most recent mock exams
- PPE Grade – the grade awarded based solely on mock exam performance
- Predicted Grade – the grade teachers expect pupils to achieve at the end of the course
- Behaviour for Learning Judgements – including effort, work rate, and attitude to homework and revision, alongside an overall learner status
- Additional Comment – personalised guidance outlining next steps to improve knowledge or exam technique
Supporting progress and achievement
School leaders say the release of tracking data is designed to help sharpen pupil focus on the actions needed to meet their targets. Alongside academic performance, there will be a continued emphasis on behaviour, attendance, and consistent effort as key drivers of success.
Subject Leaders and the Senior Leadership Team will also use the data to review progress across the year group and plan targeted support moving forward.
Personal Development reporting
Reports for Personal Development lessons will differ slightly, reflecting the non-examined nature of the subject. The school states that this format provides a more suitable overview of pupils’ progress in these areas.
Further support
Parents and carers are encouraged to review the reports carefully and discuss them with their child. For any concerns regarding progress, the school recommends contacting the form tutor in the first instance, or reaching out to Head of Year 10, Mr Warne, for further enquiries.
School staff hope the information will provide families with a clear picture of progress and help support pupils in reaching their full potential.
