There are 2 ways to apply to Forge Valley Sixth Form and where you are currently studying makes this choice for you:

Schools within Sheffield

You will complete your application via Sheffield Progress. 

Keep an eye on the message board. If we have a question about your application we will contact you via this.

Schools outside of Sheffield or Private Schools

You will complete a paper application form through Sheffield City Council. 

We will use the email on the form to contact you if we have any queries.
